Standing at the helm of the business is Nat. With a passion for providing the best quality and outstanding customer service, it's no wonder his reputation precedes him. 

Outside of his hectic work life, he lives for golf, his family and his beloved Sydney Swans!

The reputation of the Twaits name started with Neil, a renowned Ballarat builder throughout his working life. 

Recently retired, he still likes to "pop in" and check out the boys' handy work when not on the golf course or watching Buddy Franklin taking a few speckies!

Our supervisor Kirby works alongside Nat, planning, directing and coordinating the various building stages to ensure a quality finish and relishes in the intricate details of the restorations. Starting his apprenticeship with us, Kirby is our longest serving employee. He's known to "always have a crack" and enjoys a challenge, good or bad. 

Off the tools, he loves a kick of the  footy with Dunnstown and having a beverage with his mates!

The most recent addition to the company (but not the family), is Harry. Following in the footsteps of his Dad and Grandfather, Harry is the future of the Twaits name. Beginning his apprenticeship in 2019, he thrives on all aspects of the building industry. 

With a passion for sport including  basketball and footy (but definitely not golf), he also loves holidaying and hanging out with his mates!
